Well, the device seems normal, but packed videmo badly because the bunker when transporting all the walls in scratches.

The product is amazing and I’m totally satisfied with it. I have made 3 batches so far. The only problem with it so far is how to setup programs . I found some similar products online to check how to set program but still it’s confusing. The auto program setup requires some manual info in detail. The built quality is good and the kettle works fine . I have got 65% mash efficiency so far but I need to work on this. I recommend this product
